India’s number one tennis player Sania Mirsa is out of Wimbledon 2009 doubles tournament.
Sania Mirza Chia-Jung Chuan pair was defeated by Alla Kudryavtseva and Monica Niculescu of Russia yesterday 27th June 2009.
Earlier Sania Mirsa was defeated in the ladies singles tournament by Romania’s Sorana Cirstea
Last year Sania Mirsa with Bethanie Mattek of USA reached the doubles quarter final and they lost to Venus and Serena Williams finally.
Now India’s hope rest on the mixed doubles of Sania Mirsa and Mahesh Bhupathi only.
