As on 2nd February 2009, Sania Mirsa ranking of WTA dropped 19 places from 108 to 127. This was happened due to the poor performance in the Australian Open singles title.
Sania Mirsa’s ranking in the WTA Doubles also went down by 13 places from 59 to 72. Sania Mirsa cannot perform in the Australian open doubles too.
But in the mixed doubles title of Australian Open 2009, India’s sexy women tennis player, Sania Mirsa along with India’s Mahesh Bhupati won the title.
