This beautiful tennis player is born on 15 November 1986 (current age is 25 )in Mumbai and brought up in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. She started playing tennis at very young age and started playing professional tennis in the year 2003
Sania Mirza's ranking reached a career high of 27 in singles on August 2007 and 10 in doubles on September 2011. She got 1 WTA titles and 15 ITF titles in singles as of November 2011. Her current ranking is 187 as on May 14, 2012
She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and she was married to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik in April 2010 and they are now settled in Dubai. Before her marriage to Shoaib Malik, she was engaged to childhood friend Mohd Sohrab Mirza, but later her family called off the same.
She had demonstrated good play in doubles with her Russian partner Elena Vesnina in the year of 2011. This pair was the runner up in 2011 French Open grand slam.
